Dlwar Moussa has been promoted to Integrated Project Lead – Unconventional Resources at NESR, marking a significant milestone in his career within the oil & gas sector. In this leadership role, he will oversee complex unconventional operations, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver high-impact project execution while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.

With a strong track record in field operations and engineering leadership, Dlwar previously served as a Senior Technical Engineer at NESR, where he contributed to optimizing performance in high-paced operational environments. Prior to that, he gained international experience across the United States with ShearFRAC and Liberty Energy, working on completion engineering and advanced field operations.

A significant part of his journey was shaped at Halliburton, where he held multiple engineering roles and led large-scale fracturing operations. He managed high-volume unconventional wells, applied advanced completion methods, and leveraged real-time data analytics to optimize production—while also mentoring teams and enhancing operational efficiency. His early career experience at WesTest an Atlas Company – Materials & Geotechnical Engineering further strengthened his project management and technical foundation.

Dlwar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, along with an Associate’s degree in General Engineering from Northern Virginia Community College. His academic background, combined with hands-on field expertise, positions him as a strong leader in unconventional resource development.
