Océane B. has built a strong and steadily progressing career in mergers & acquisitions, demonstrating consistent growth across leading investment banking and private equity institutions. She currently serves as an M&A Associate at Edmond de Rothschild, where she has already progressed through roles as M&A Analyst and now Associate, contributing to transaction execution, financial modeling, valuation, and advisory work across complex deal structures. Prior to this, she spent over three years at Alantra, where she advanced from M&A Analyst Intern to M&A Analyst, gaining hands-on experience in live transactions, client engagement, and end-to-end deal processes. Her work involved supporting cross-border M&A mandates, preparing investment materials, and assisting senior bankers in structuring and executing deals across multiple sectors. Earlier in her career, she developed strong financial foundations through internships at BNP Paribas and Meanings Capital Partners in private equity, where she evaluated investment opportunities, supported due diligence processes, and contributed to portfolio analysis. Additionally, her experience at Swiss Life Asset Managers France in infrastructure debt allowed her to build expertise in long-term investment assessment and credit analysis, strengthening her understanding of capital markets and structured finance.

She holds a double Master’s degree (MIM & MSc in Corporate Finance) from SKEMA Business School, one of Europe’s leading business schools, along with a rigorous preparatory academic background from Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles (CPGE). Her academic journey has provided her with a strong analytical foundation in finance, economics, and quantitative methods, which continues to support her success in the highly competitive field of investment banking and M&A advisory.
