Once verified that no work has been initiated, the refund request will be reviewed and approved within 4 to 5 working days.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Once work has commenced, the following services become non-refundable:
- Content writing and editorial services
- Graphic design and creative development
- Photo editing and retouching
- Marketing and branding services
- Consulting and strategic advisory services
- Customized digital solutions
As these services involve dedicated professional resources and customized deliverables, refunds cannot be issued once work has begun.
3. Customer Satisfaction Commitment
If a client is dissatisfied with the delivered work, Milestones Global will make reasonable revisions and improvements based on the client’s feedback.
Updated drafts or revisions will be provided where applicable until the final deliverable is approved according to the agreed project scope.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 4 to 5 working days.
- Funds will be returned through the original payment method.
- Depending on banking and payment provider processing times, the refund may take up to 14 working days to appear in the customer’s account.
