Roudy Chaccour’s career reflects a powerful trajectory across mergers & acquisitions, project finance, and strategic growth leadership, built through extensive international experience. He has progressed to Managing Director – Northern Europe at Groupe Emera, while also serving as Group Head of M&A, where he leads acquisitions, market expansion, and portfolio development across key geographies. His work spans the full transaction lifecycle—from deal sourcing and structuring to execution and post-deal integration—ensuring alignment with long-term corporate strategy. Prior to this, he held the role of Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions and Project Finance at H3P, where he managed complex infrastructure transactions across energy, telecom, transport, and utilities, leading financing structures, lender negotiations, and consortium advisory work. He also served as Corporate M&A and Development Manager at ORPEA, overseeing international expansion, asset disposals, and greenfield development across multiple regions, including Europe, GCC, and Asia. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Financial Consultant, advising on due diligence, valuation, and M&A transactions, as well as a Technical Consultant at Currie & Brown, where he supported large-scale infrastructure PPP projects and lender-side advisory mandates.
He holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from SKEMA Business School, providing a strong academic foundation in investment banking, private equity, and financial strategy, which complements his extensive leadership experience in global M&A and infrastructure investment.
