Wesam Al Abdullah CEHRM-SHRM, PMP, CRA has stepped into a new leadership role as the Corporate Human Resources Director at Mofarreh Al-Harbi & Partners CO.

With a career spanning over 15 year in strategic HR leadership, Wesam brings a strong track record of driving people-first strategies, enabling digital HR transformation, and fostering organizational growth across diverse sectors and geographies.

Prior to this role, Wesam served as Director of HR & Administration at Rezayat Group E&C Cluster, where he led a 7,500+ workforce across 10+ countries, modernized HR infrastructure, automated core processes through ERP systems, and implemented scalable talent acquisition frameworks. His earlier roles at Althawaqh Food Company, Zamil Industrial, and across several high-impact HR functions reflect a consistent commitment to operational excellence and employee engagement.
