Waleed Bin Huzaim, a distinguished corporate communications and protocol leader, has been appointed to the 2026–2027 Board of Directors of the Global Communication Certification Council (GCCC), joining an international group of communication experts representing regions including North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The Global Communication Certification Council (GCCC) is a globally recognized body responsible for advancing professional standards in the communication field through certifications such as the Communication Management Professional (CMP®️) and Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP®️). Waleed’s appointment reflects his extensive experience in corporate communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement, and international protocol. Currently serving as Director of Relations & Protocol at the Office of H.E. the Vice Minister, Ministry of Sport, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to his current role, Waleed served as Public Relations & Media Manager at Adaa, the National Center for Performance Measurement, where he led media campaigns, stakeholder relations, and protocol planning for high-level engagements. Recognized among the Top 110 Communications Professionals in the Middle East by PRWeek UK in both 2023 and 2024, Waleed holds advanced qualifications in public relations, events management, and international protocol, along with multiple global certifications including the SCMP credential.
