Talal has been contributing within Tamara’s Adtech, Rewards & Commerce squad, driving monetization and user engagement initiatives across Cashback, Deals, Discovery, and in-app Merchandising. During his tenure, he supported revenue-focused product initiatives by enhancing user targeting, offer personalization, and conversion tracking. He owned feature execution end-to-end — from problem framing and PRD development to stakeholder alignment, QA processes, and post-launch performance analysis. Leveraging SQL and BigQuery deep-dives, he analyzed campaign performance, redemption behavior, and merchant ROI to inform roadmap decisions and optimization strategies. His collaboration across engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams has strengthened product experimentation, search and discovery feasibility studies, and merchandising impact across key seasonal campaigns.
