Having previously served as Government and Compliance Relations Officer at the bank, Alhoial played an instrumental role in strengthening regulatory compliance, corporate governance, legal documentation, and strategic regulatory initiatives. His work included supporting board-authorized legal matters, managing compliance reporting, overseeing governance frameworks, and ensuring alignment with Saudi regulatory requirements.
