She is a Legal & Administrative Professional with strong expertise in corporate law, contract drafting, dispute resolution, and legal risk management across private and semi-government sectors. Over the course of her career, she has successfully managed complex legal matters for 100+ clients, including high-value project finance exceeding SAR 200M, and provided advisory support in investment, construction, and real estate development projects. Her portfolio also includes external legal advisory services to institutions such as the Embassy of Jordan, along with guiding startups in legal structuring, documentation, and investor relations.
