Safiah Al-Twijery. GRCP, PPPØ IPMP on joining Al-Futtaim as a Legal Advisor.
Safiah brings a strong background in corporate law, governance, contract management, litigation, compliance, and dispute resolution. Throughout her legal career, she has successfully advised businesses across diverse sectors, managed complex commercial matters, and supported high-value projects involving corporate governance, investment, construction, and real estate.
Before joining Al-Futtaim, she served as a Lawyer at Expert Lawfirm Co., where she represented clients in commercial litigation, drafted and negotiated complex legal agreements, and provided strategic legal counsel on corporate and regulatory matters. Her experience also includes advising startups, managing legal risks, and supporting organizations with governance and compliance frameworks.
In her new role, Safiah will play a key part in providing strategic legal guidance, strengthening governance and compliance practices, managing commercial contracts, and supporting Al-Futtaim’s business operations across a wide range of legal matters.
