Saad AlShuwaier Appointed as Human Resources Lead at Confidential

Saad AlShuwaier, Assoc. CIPD® has taken the next step in his HR leadership journey by joining Confidential as Human Resources Lead.

With seven years of experience across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations, Saad has built a strong track record of aligning people strategies with business objectives. Prior to this role, he contributed to leading organizations including the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Accumed, and executive search consulting, where he successfully led leadership hiring, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives.

In his new position, Saad will lead end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development while driving a high-performance, people-first culture.
