Saad Almagablah has been promoted to Data Governance Director at Riyadh Airports, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career spanning data governance, privacy, compliance, risk management, and digital transformation.

During his journey at Riyadh Airports, Saad successfully progressed from Data Governance Manager to Data Governance Senior Manager and now to Data Governance Director. He has played a pivotal role in establishing and advancing enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, building Data Management Offices, implementing governance policies, enhancing regulatory compliance, and driving organizational data maturity. His expertise in embedding data quality, privacy, and risk management practices has contributed significantly to strengthening data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Prior to Riyadh Airports, Saad served as Lead Data Governance Consultant at Devoteam, where he helped major organizations establish data governance programs and implement leading governance platforms. He also held key leadership positions at the Ministry of Investment and the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia, leading strategic initiatives in data management, IT governance, business intelligence, risk management, and digital transformation. In addition, he demonstrated his entrepreneurial mindset as Co-Founder of Refaan Co, gaining valuable experience in business development, e-commerce, and strategic growth.
