Raghad Al Qurashi brings over 14 years of extensive experience in marketing, communications, and brand development across luxury hospitality, real estate, and advertising industries, with a strong track record of delivering impactful strategies and measurable business growth.

She currently serves as Marketing Manager at Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, where she is responsible for shaping marketing strategy for one of the Red Sea’s most exclusive luxury island destinations. Her role focuses on brand positioning, strategic campaigns, and elevating guest engagement through innovative marketing initiatives that reflect the resort’s identity of rare privacy and refined luxury.

Prior to this, she held the position of Marketing Manager at Crowne Plaza Jeddah Hotel, where she led marketing strategy, business relationships, and campaign development to strengthen brand visibility and performance. She has also served as Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager within Emaar, The Economic City, where she managed public relations, digital campaigns, media coordination, and market-driven promotional strategies for multiple hospitality properties.

Her earlier career includes key roles in advertising and customer relationship management, where she developed deep expertise in account management, client servicing, and integrated marketing communications, working with leading organizations across Saudi Arabia.

She holds an Executive Master’s Degree in International Hotel Management from Les Roches and a Bachelor of Business Administration from King AbdulAziz University, strengthening her foundation in global hospitality leadership and strategic marketing.
