Othman Al Jaloud Appointed as Legal Specialist at Confidential Government

Othman Al Jaloud, GRCP, IAIP has commenced his professional journey as a Legal Specialist at a Confidential Government entity, marking a significant milestone in his legal career.

A First-Class Honors graduate in Law from Al Yamamah University, he brings strong academic excellence combined with hands-on experience in legal research, governance, risk, and compliance within structured corporate and regulatory environments.

During his co-op training at sccc by stc, he gained practical exposure in contract review, dispute resolution, and corporate legal advisory, working on key agreements including NDAs, MSAs, MOUs, SaaS, and PaaS contracts. This experience strengthened his understanding of corporate operations and regulatory frameworks in fast-paced business environments.

His involvement in moot court competitions in both criminal and commercial law further refined his advocacy, litigation, and analytical legal skills.

With a strong passion for corporate law, compliance, and dispute resolution, he continues to build a career focused on delivering precise legal analysis, structured thinking, and impactful legal solutions.
