With over 15 years of experience, Naseem is recognized for building iconic brands and leading high-impact campaigns across sectors including real estate, tourism, aviation, and government-backed giga projects. Her expertise lies in transforming national visions into compelling narratives, aligning brand strategy, digital, PR, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable growth.

Prior to this role, she held senior leadership positions at Schneider Electric, New Murabba, and Tasheer | تأشير, where she led large-scale marketing transformations and played a key role in launching and positioning major brands within the region.
