Nader Al-Maidani Promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Aramco Stadium
Nader Al-Maidani has been elevated to the role of Chief Operating Officer at Aramco Stadium, marking a major milestone in his distinguished leadership journey within infrastructure, utilities, and operational management.
With more than 16 years of experience at aramco, Al-Maidani has built an impressive track record in facilities management, utilities operations, sustainability, and critical infrastructure services. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale operational divisions responsible for HVAC systems, water production, wastewater management, maintenance operations, and data center cooling services across industrial and residential facilities.
Prior to this appointment, he held several senior leadership positions including Manager AC Services, Superintendent AC Services Division, and Operations & Maintenance Engineering Supervisor, where he consistently drove operational efficiency, service reliability, and infrastructure excellence.
Armed with an MBA from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals – KFUPM and executive leadership training from Harvard Business School, Al-Maidani brings a strategic and forward-thinking approach to operational leadership. His promotion reflects Aramco Stadium’s commitment to empowering visionary leaders capable of delivering world-class operational performance and sustainable growth.
