Mohammed Hazazi, PgMP ®, has taken on a new leadership role as Project Management Section Head at Saudi Railway Company.

With a solid track record across Project management &civil engineering, contract management, and large-scale infrastructure execution, his journey is a testament to technical mastery and strategic project delivery in one of the region’s most complex sectors.

From his early days as a QC Civil Engineer at Larsen & Toubro, to leading multifaceted project teams at aramco and now SAR, Mohammed’s expertise spans stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, multidisciplinary team leadership, and risk management. His rise to this new role reflects not only deep technical capabilities but also a proven ability to align project execution with national transport goals and infrastructure ambitions.
