Mohammed Alsebail – BSP, Prosci®, BCS, MSc. has taken on a new leadership role as Vice President – Head of Planning & Performance Unit at the Public Investment Fund (PIF).

With over a decade of expertise in strategy, performance, project delivery, and change management across both public and private sectors, Mohammed brings a proven track record of driving institutional excellence and strategic alignment. His journey through THIQAH Business Services, SDAIA | سدايا, Takamol Holding, and the National Center for Performance Measurement reflects a consistent focus on performance maturity, governance, and enterprise transformation.

Armed with a Master’s in Engineering Management and global exposure from The World Bank and the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington D.C., Mohammed continues to shape high-impact planning frameworks within one of the world’s most influential sovereign wealth funds.
