Mohammed K. Al-Otaibi Joined as Senior Specialist Projects Auditor at New Murabba

Mohammed K. Al-Otaibi has embarked on a new professional chapter as Senior Specialist Projects Auditor at New Murabba, bringing extensive experience in internal audit, capital projects, governance, risk management, and project controls.

Prior to joining New Murabba, Mohammed spent more than three years with The Royal Commission for AlUla, progressing from Internal Audit Analyst to Internal Audit Specialist. During his tenure, he delivered risk-based audits across major infrastructure and asset development portfolios, including high-value hospitality, sports, and infrastructure projects with an aggregated portfolio value of approximately SAR 6 billion.

His experience also spans master planning, project governance, procurement and contract management, FIDIC-based audits, design management, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and internal audit planning, giving him a broad perspective across complex development environments.

Earlier in his career, Mohammed served as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Earadat Gulf Contracting Company, where he was involved in business strategy, financial management, project risk, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. He also gained early legal experience at Rawabi Holding Group.

Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, complementing his extensive professional experience across audit, legal, contracting, governance, and major development projects.
