Mohammed Basyouni has been appointed as Director of Rooms at Rosewood Red Sea, marking a significant milestone in a dynamic career shaped by luxury hospitality excellence and global operational experience.

With a strong international background across prestigious hospitality brands, Mohammed Basyouni has built an impressive career in rooms division and guest experience leadership. Prior to joining Rosewood Red Sea, he spent over four years at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Riyadh, where he progressed from Assistant Front Desk Manager to Rooms Division MIT, Front Office Manager, and ultimately Assistant Director of Rooms. His journey also includes international exposure with FAENA Group in Miami Beach as Guest Experience Manager, where he managed high-profile guests and enhanced service delivery in a Forbes 5-star environment. Earlier in his career, he gained foundational experience through trainee roles at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and The Dolder Grand in Switzerland. Known for his expertise in front office operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction, he has consistently driven service excellence, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization across diverse luxury hospitality settings.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with a specialization in Hospitality Management from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland.
