Mohammad Hassoobh Promoted to Chief Executive Officer at EJADA

Mohammad Hassoobh has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at EJADA, marking a significant milestone in his executive leadership journey. His promotion reflects extensive experience in technology, banking, corporate strategy, and business transformation, along with a proven ability to lead organizations through innovation, sustainable growth, and strategic execution.

Prior to assuming the CEO role, Hassoobh served as Deputy CEO at EJADA, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence. Earlier, he was the Chief Executive Officer of atmaal, leading key business initiatives and driving organizational growth. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he has served as a Board Member at neotek and previously at Tawtheeq Company-شركة توثيق and EJADA, further strengthening his governance and leadership expertise across the technology and financial services sectors.

Hassoobh holds an MBA in Finance from the American University – Kogod School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from King AbdulAziz University, combining business acumen with a diverse educational background that supports his strategic leadership approach.
