Mohamed Bin Tuwaim Joins as Head of Transformation & Business Development at Bank Albilad

Mohamed Bin Tuwaim, MSc, PMP® has joined بنك البلاد | Bank Albilad as Head of Transformation & Business Development, bringing extensive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, PMO governance, executive strategy, and organizational excellence. In his new role, he will lead strategic transformation initiatives, drive business development, and strengthen execution frameworks that support the bank’s long-term growth and innovation agenda.

Before joining بنك البلاد | Bank Albilad, Mohamed served as Decision Support Director – Executive Office at the Development Authorities Support Center (DASC), where he established the Decision Support Department from the ground up, led enterprise-wide automation initiatives, and played a pivotal role in executive governance and strategic decision-making. Earlier, as ePMO Manager at Riyad Bank, he led PMO governance, portfolio management, and strategic execution, while his tenure as Project Manager at Value Experts – Valuation & Consulting further strengthened his expertise in project leadership and organizational transformation.

Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from King Saud University, where he ranked first for the best graduation research in his department. His strong background in transformation strategy, executive governance, and project management positions him to deliver lasting impact in the banking sector.
