With extensive experience in technology operations, mission-critical command centers, observability, incident management, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation, Moath has established himself as a respected leader in ensuring operational excellence and service resilience. Before joining specialized by stc, he successfully led command center and monitoring operations at Al Rajhi Takaful and stc pay, where he enhanced system reliability, accelerated incident response, and optimized IT service delivery for mission-critical platforms.

In his new leadership role, Moath will oversee mission-critical technology operations, drive operational resilience, strengthen command center capabilities, and support the delivery of secure, high-availability digital services that align with Saudi Arabia’s accelerating digital transformation journey.
