Moataz Al-Nafea has been promoted to Head of Executive Services Governance at aramco, marking another significant milestone in a distinguished career spanning more than a decade in enterprise IT leadership, service governance, and digital transformation. In this expanded leadership role, he will continue driving service excellence, strengthening governance frameworks, and enhancing business-IT alignment across one of the world’s leading energy organizations.

Throughout his journey at aramco, Moataz has held several strategic leadership positions, including Manager, D&IT Executive Support Division, Head of Service Portfolio Management, Head of Service Level Management, Head of Executive IT Support, Head of Communication Devices Management, Head of Technical Coordination, and Senior IT Analyst – Executive IT Support. His expertise in IT service management, executive support, SLA governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise mobility has played a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence and technology-enabled business value. Earlier in his career, he also completed an internship with Saudi Energy, building a strong technical foundation.
