Mashhour Alotaibi Joins as General Manager of Ejar Program at Real Estate General Authority

Mashhour Alotaibi has joined Real Estate General Authority | الهيئة العامة للعقار as General Manager of Ejar Program, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey across digital transformation, portfolio management, and strategic program delivery. In his current role, he leads initiatives focused on advancing the Ejar ecosystem, enhancing operational effectiveness, and supporting the growth of Saudi Arabia’s evolving real estate landscape through innovation and technology-driven execution.

He brings extensive experience across program management, product delivery, and business transformation. Prior to this role, he progressed through multiple leadership positions at THIQAH including Portfolio Manager – Product Delivery, Senior Program Manager – Product Delivery, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Project Coordinator at BAE Systems Saudi Arabia and Risk Analyst at Riyad Bank, building strong expertise in project governance, portfolio execution, operational excellence, and strategic delivery across public and private sector environments.

He holds a Master of Information Technology & Cybersecurity Certification from Hood College and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Marymount University, strengthening his foundation across technology leadership, digital enablement, and modern business transformation.
