Mashari Albaiji brings over 5 years of specialized experience in environmental health and safety, now leading as EH&S Compliance Manager at Sadara Chemical Company. Throughout his career, he has overseen major turnarounds for complex chemicals, including Toluene Diisocyanate, Propylene Oxide, and Ethylene Oxide. Previously, Mashari served as EH&S Compliance Engineer, contributing to safety oversight and compliance in high-risk chemical facilities. His early career spans roles at aramco, SWCC_KSA, Saudi K-KEM Engineering Service Company, and Schlumberger, where he built a strong foundation in project engineering, mechanical inspection, risk management, and occupational safety systems. Mashari is committed to fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance across all teams he leads.

Mashari earned his Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ferris State University and an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jubail Industrial College, equipping him with a strong technical and safety management background.
