Luca Carlotta Pier Promoted to HR Manager L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty DACH at L’Oréal

Luca Carlotta Pier has been promoted to HR Manager, L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty DACH at L’Oréal, marking an impressive milestone in her rapidly advancing HR career. Having progressed through L’Oréal’s talent pipeline, she will now lead strategic HR initiatives for the Dermatological Beauty division across the DACH region, supporting people development, organizational growth, and business success.

Since joining L’Oréal as a Management Trainee, Luca has steadily advanced through key roles, including Junior People Development & Learning Manager and People Development & Learning Manager. Her experience spans talent acquisition, learning and development, leadership development, and HR management, reflecting a strong commitment to building high-performing teams and fostering an engaging workplace culture.

Before joining L’Oréal, Luca gained valuable HR and research experience with Rheinische Post Mediengruppe, INTEGRA e.V. – Student Management Consultancy, the PAsCAL project EU Horizon 2020 Project, and Dr. SAM – Rethinking Pet Health 🐾. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mannheim, graduating with outstanding academic distinction and building a strong foundation in organizational psychology and people development.
