Lauro Guansing Jr Appointed as Director of Sales at Hilton Prague Old Town

Lauro Guansing Jr. represents a strong trajectory of growth and excellence in luxury hospitality sales, with a career spanning leading international hotel brands across the UAE and Europe.

He currently serves as Director of Sales at Hilton Prague Old Town, where he is responsible for driving strategic sales performance, strengthening corporate and MICE market segments, and enhancing overall revenue growth for the property. Prior to this, he held multiple progressive leadership roles at W Dubai – The Palm, where he advanced from Senior Sales Manager to Account Director and ultimately Director of Sales, contributing significantly to corporate, leisure, and events sales success.

His earlier experience includes key sales and group management roles at Rixos Bab Al Bahr under Accor, as well as Assistant Sales Manager positions at Emirates Palace, where he worked closely on high-profile events, group bookings, and luxury guest experiences. Across his journey, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in MICE sales, corporate account management, and high-value hospitality revenue strategies.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Bataan Peninsula State University and a Hotel Revenue Management Certificate from Cornell University, strengthening his foundation in hospitality leadership and strategic revenue management.
