Lama Badri has embarked on a new chapter as Corporate Strategic Planning Manager at Team Saudi, bringing with her a strong foundation in strategy, transformation, and organizational planning. With experience spanning top-tier consulting and organizational development, Badri is well-positioned to contribute to Team Saudi’s strategic direction and support the continued evolution of the Kingdom’s sports ecosystem.

Before joining Team Saudi, Badri built her career at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she progressed through multiple roles including Junior Associate, Associate, and Senior Associate. During her time at BCG, she developed deep expertise in strategy, problem-solving, and business transformation while working across complex client engagements. Earlier in her journey, she was also part of BCG’s Jeel Tamooh program, and gained valuable organizational development experience through an internship at aramco, where she worked on organization design and management consulting initiatives.
