Lama Alhudaithi Promoted to Operations Development Specialist at Riyadh Airports

Lama Alhudaithi لمى الحديثي has stepped into a strategic new role as Operations Development Specialist at Riyadh Airports, marking a significant milestone in her continued journey within project and program management excellence in the aviation sector.

With a strong background in transforming complex strategic visions into scalable operational frameworks, Lama has consistently demonstrated the ability to bridge executive strategy with on-ground execution. In her role as Project Management Officer at Riyadh Airports, she played a pivotal role in driving large-scale transformation initiatives, including the development of national-level cultural and art strategies, implementation of advanced Power BI reporting systems, and enhancement of operational efficiency across multi-million riyal aviation programs.

Her contributions include strengthening stakeholder alignment across diverse entities, optimizing procurement and vendor selection through high-precision business cases, and accelerating project delivery through Agile methodologies, resulting in significant improvements in operational speed and efficiency. She has also contributed to leadership development by enabling data-driven decision-making frameworks for senior stakeholders.

Earlier in her career, she gained foundational experience at GACA – General Authority of Civil Aviation – Saudi Arabia, where she supported policy development, executive reporting, and project execution processes. She also served as President of Toastmasters International (PNU Club), where she led organizational vision, communication development, and leadership training initiatives, strengthening her expertise in public speaking and stakeholder engagement.

Academically, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Linguistics from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, cognition, and human behavior—skills she continues to apply in strategic and operational leadership roles.
