Khalid Almunif Appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Tiraz Al Arabia

Khalid Almunif has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Tiraz Al Arabia, marking a significant progression in his leadership journey across real estate, commercial strategy, and project development. He previously served as Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer at Ejari, where he contributed to commercial growth and business development.

Almunif also brings substantial real estate investment experience from the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he served as Senior Associate, Real Estate Portfolio Management. His earlier career includes a secondment with JLL’s Projects and Development Services department and experience as a Site Engineer at EMC | Design & Build.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Architectural Engineering from Alfaisal University, combining a strong technical foundation with extensive experience in real estate investment, commercial leadership, and strategic business development.
