Khalid A. AlAgeel has been appointed as Chief Information Officer at SHL Finance Company, marking a significant new chapter in his technology leadership journey across digital transformation, IT delivery, and financial services.

With more than 15 years of experience, Khalid has held senior technology and transformation roles across leading Saudi financial institutions. His previous positions include Executive Manager – IT Delivery & Transformation at BSF Capital, Senior Manager – Treasury and Corporate Applications Support Head at alrajhi bank, AVP – Head of Corporate Technology Business Analysis at Riyad Bank, and Program Manager – Branch Services & Contact Center at BSF. His expertise spans technology delivery, transformation programs, governance, CRM, change management, digital enablement, and business process innovation.

Khalid holds a Diploma in Computer Programming from the Institute of Public Administration – Saudi Arabia. With extensive experience leading technology initiatives, transformation programs, governance frameworks, and digital adoption across banking and financial services, he brings a strong strategic and technology-focused perspective to his new leadership role at SHL Finance Company.
