Karthik Ramaswamy Promoted to Chief Executive Officer at Emaar Executive

Karthik Ramaswamy has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer at Emaar Executive, marking a significant milestone in a distinguished career spanning more than three decades across finance, operations, and executive leadership.

Prior to this appointment, Karthik served as Chief Operating Officer at Emaar Executive, where he played a key role in driving operational excellence, business growth, and strategic transformation.

Earlier, he spent over 13 years as Chief Financial Officer at MIS – Al Moammar Information Systems Co. one of Saudi Arabia’s leading listed technology companies, and also held senior leadership positions including Group Financial Controller at Onyx and Fractional CFO for multiple organizations.

His expertise spans corporate finance, governance, capital management, digital transformation, and business strategy across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, ASEAN, Europe, and India.

Karthik is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad.
