Hanouf Bin Saeed is a strategic executive with 17+years of experience in fintech, investment, and national transformation, now leading Investment Opportunities Management at Saudi Investment Promotion Authority الهيئة السعودية لتسويق الاستثمار. In his role, he drives high-impact investment initiatives aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, fostering public–private partnerships, global investor enablement, and sustainable FDI opportunities. Previously, Hanouf served as General Manager at Stake KSA, where he scaled tokenized real estate investment solutions and established key regulatory relationships. At Riyad Bank, he led the NBFI division, achieving over 1,100% portfolio growth and positioning the bank as a fintech-backed institutional finance leader.
