Hanadi Shaaban has been promoted to Director – Deals at PwC Middle East, marking a major milestone in her distinguished career in the Deals practice. With over a decade of progressive experience at PwC, she has built deep expertise across mergers & acquisitions, transaction advisory, and deal execution, consistently delivering high-impact solutions to clients across the region.

Throughout her journey at PwC Middle East, Hanadi has advanced through multiple leadership roles, from Consultant to Senior Manager, contributing to complex deal engagements, financial analysis, and strategic advisory mandates. Her strong track record reflects her ability to lead teams, manage high-value transactions, and drive excellence in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

With a Master’s degree in Finance from Imperial College London and a Bachelor’s degree from the American University of Beirut, she combines strong academic grounding with practical leadership in corporate finance. In her new role, Hanadi is set to further strengthen PwC’s Deals practice and lead transformative advisory engagements across the Middle East.
