Habiba Waleed has taken on a new professional milestone as Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Consultant at Expleo Group, further strengthening her career in global talent strategy and HR operations within multinational environments.

With over 4 years of hands-on experience in technical and non-technical recruitment, Habiba has built a strong reputation for delivering end-to-end hiring solutions across complex, technology-driven roles. She specializes in strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, and talent market mapping, enabling organizations to attract and retain high-caliber talent in competitive markets.

Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at TP Infinity, where she contributed to large-scale hiring initiatives and talent pipeline development. Earlier, she worked with Valeo as a Technical Talent Acquisition Coordinator, focusing on engineering and technical recruitment across multinational operations, strengthening her expertise in high-volume and specialized hiring.

Her career began with foundational HR exposure at Raya Automotive, followed by customer experience and communication roles at VOIS, which helped shape her strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

Academically, she holds an MBA in Crisis Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cairo University.
