Faris AlShammari, CDMP riyadh has embarked on an exciting new chapter in his career with his appointment as Data Analytics & Visualization Manager at The Saudi Investment Bank.

Bringing a strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and data governance, AlShammari has built an impressive career across Saudi Arabia’s leading financial institutions. Prior to joining The Saudi Investment Bank, he played a key role in Business Intelligence & Management Information at SAB, where he supported regulatory reporting, automated business intelligence solutions, enhanced data quality, and contributed to Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) initiatives.

Earlier in his career, he progressed through multiple data-focused roles at alrajhi bank, gaining extensive expertise in business intelligence, regulatory reporting, data visualization, SQL optimization, and strategic data analysis. His journey began after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU), complemented by a Data Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity.

With his expertise in transforming complex data into actionable business insights, AlShammari is well-positioned to drive data-driven decision-making and strengthen analytics capabilities in his new leadership role.
