Faisal Alharbi continues to demonstrate remarkable growth in the field of talent acquisition, building a strong reputation for leading high-impact recruitment strategies and driving organizational success through people. With over a decade of progressive experience in HR and talent acquisition, he has steadily advanced within Lean Business Services, moving from Talent Acquisition Senior Lead to Talent Acquisition Head, and now stepping into a strategic leadership role as Associate Director. Throughout his journey, he has been instrumental in shaping talent strategies, optimizing recruitment processes, and aligning workforce planning with business objectives. Prior to this, he spent over 6 years at the National Company for Mechanical Systems – NCMS, where he progressed from Talent Acquisition Specialist to Senior Specialist, gaining extensive experience in sourcing, employer branding, and workforce planning. His early career also includes a role as an HR Officer at National Technology Group and foundational exposure through a trainee position at The Royal Commission for Riyadh City | الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض, where he developed a strong understanding of HR operations and organizational dynamics.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Saud University, providing him with a solid academic foundation that complements his expertise in talent acquisition and human capital strategy.
