Fahad Alammar Promoted to Head of WH-FBC Inspection & Compliance at Diriyah Gate Development Authority

Fahad Alammar, MSc, 6σ, PMP has stepped into a new leadership role as Head of WH-FBC Inspection & Compliance at Diriyah Gate Development Authority.

With a strong background in project management and compliance across transportation, oil and gas, and large-scale urban development, Alammar brings a wealth of expertise in regulatory alignment, quality assurance, and environmental sustainability. His journey includes impactful roles at aramco, Arcadis, and the NCDOT, where he consistently delivered excellence in project execution and compliance oversight.

Armed with a Master’s in Civil Engineering and international experience, Alammar is poised to lead with strategic vision, driving innovation and operational excellence within the WH-FBC framework.
