Fahad Aldosari has embarked on a new leadership journey with his appointment as VP – Head of Retail Service Quality Section at Riyad Bank.
With more than 14 years of progressive experience in retail banking operations, customer service excellence, branch management, and operational leadership, he has built a distinguished career focused on enhancing service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience across large-scale banking networks.
Prior to joining Riyad Bank, Fahad spent nearly 15 years at alrajhi bank, where he advanced through multiple leadership positions including Teller, Head Teller, Operations Manager, District Operations Manager, Branch Manager, and Area Manager.
Throughout his tenure, he successfully managed branch operations, led high-performing teams, optimized service delivery standards, strengthened operational controls, and oversaw multi-branch performance across the Riyadh region.
His extensive experience in retail banking, leadership development, customer relationship management, and business operations has positioned him as a respected banking professional within Saudi Arabia’s financial sector.
Academically, Fahad holds a Diploma in Accounting from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), providing a strong foundation in financial management and banking operations that has supported his long-term professional growth.
