Eng. Abdulrahman Alhassan continues to drive people and culture transformation as Chief People & Culture Officer at Enjaz, bringing over a decade of progressive experience across human resources, talent management, rewards, organizational development, and leadership.

His career includes leadership roles at Enjaz, بنك البلاد | Bank Albilad, and SAB, where he progressed through positions including Head of Human Resources, Head of Talent Acquisition & Outsourcing, Senior Manager Rewards, Senior HR Business Partner & Area HR, Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, Recruitment Team Leader, Recruitment Manager, and Business Partnership. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Network Optimization Engineer at TCIL. He also serves as a Member of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Tallam Association.

Eng. Abdulrahman Alhassan holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge, where he graduated with Honors, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from King Saud University.
