She currently serves as Director of Sales at Al Habtoor Polo Resort in Dubai, where she is responsible for driving overall sales strategy, strengthening key market relationships, and enhancing revenue performance across luxury hospitality segments. Prior to this, she held the same leadership position at Kempinski Hotels, where she contributed to strategic business growth, market expansion, and high-value account management across competitive regional markets.

Her earlier career includes impactful leadership roles at W Dubai – The Palm, The St. Regis Amman, The Luxury Collection Aqaba, and W Amman, where she successfully managed groups, events, catering sales, and multi-property sales operations. Through these roles, she built strong expertise in revenue generation, client relationship management, and large-scale event and group sales strategy execution across multiple international hospitality environments.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Jordan, providing a strong academic foundation for her career in strategic sales and hospitality leadership.
