Eman AlMadani Appointed as Director of Commercial Cards and Sales at alrajhi bank

Eman AlMadani has stepped into a new leadership chapter as Director of Commercial Cards and Sales at alrajhi bank, where she is leading the Commercial Cards business across SME and Corporate segments within the Corporate Banking Group.

In her new role, AlMadani holds end-to-end responsibility for business strategy, sales, product commercialization, portfolio growth, strategic partnerships, and innovative payment solutions, with a strong focus on accelerating acquisition, spend, revenue, and sustainable portfolio performance.

Her career reflects extensive expertise across cards, digital banking, fintech, payments, product development, and commercial strategy. Before joining alrajhi bank, she served as SME Director – West Arabia Division Head at Mastercard, leading the SME growth agenda across multiple regional markets.

Previously, she was Head of Card Products at SAB, where she led the transformation and development of Debit, Credit, Prepaid, SME, and Corporate Cards portfolios. Earlier, as Head of Cards at D360 Bank, she was among the bank’s early founding team members, contributing to the development and launch of the digital bank.

AlMadani also brings valuable experience from BSF, where she served as Cards Portfolio Senior Manager, driving product innovation, campaigns, portfolio growth, and customer value propositions.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Faisal University and a Diploma in English Language and Literature from the University of Exeter.
