Assem Alshaya Promoted to Consultant 2 at EY

Assem Alshaya has stepped into a new role as Consultant 2 at EY, marking another milestone in his professional journey.

An Industrial Engineering graduate from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals – KFUPM, Assem has built a strong foundation through diverse experiences. From his time as a Quality Engineering Intern at GE Power to his contributions at RAFTAAR, and later his impactful role as Consultant at EY, he has consistently demonstrated technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a drive for excellence.

With certifications including CAPM and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, along with a Nano Degree in Data Analytics, Assem combines engineering precision with analytical insight to deliver innovative solutions that align with client needs.

In his new position, he is set to continue supporting organizations in strategy, operations, and transformation, contributing to EY’s mission of building a better working world.
