Anas Asaad has been promoted to Group Total Rewards Director at Fakeeh Care Group, advancing into a key leadership role overseeing group-wide compensation and benefits strategy.

With over a decade of experience in total rewards and finance, he has grown within Fakeeh Care Group through multiple leadership roles, including Director Compensation and Benefits, Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll Manager, driving reward frameworks, workforce cost optimization, and policy governance. Prior to this, he held payroll and finance roles at ROLEX, Nahdi Medical Co., Maaden, and began his career in accounting at Raytheon, building a strong foundation in financial operations and employee compensation.

He holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Business & Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Investment from King AbdulAziz University, equipping him with strategic and financial expertise to lead impactful rewards strategies.
