With a strong track record in IT governance and cloud service strategy, Ali Aljarba continues to demonstrate consistent professional growth within the technology and digital transformation space. Over the years, he has built deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), working in alignment with globally recognized frameworks such as ITILv4 and COBIT 2019. During his tenure at SITE سايت, he progressed through multiple roles, starting as a Senior Engineer in IT Planning and Governance, moving into a Senior Analyst position in Cloud Products & Service Management, and now stepping into a more strategic consulting capacity. His contributions include designing and enhancing ITSM processes, managing key operational areas such as change, access, problem, and configuration management, and overseeing IT asset management through CMDB systems. He has also played an instrumental role in IT demand and performance management, contributing to strategic roadmaps, developing performance dashboards, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience at TAHAKOM as an ITSM Officer, focusing on process improvement and continuous service enhancement, along with a brief tenure at stc as a Business Analyst and foundational exposure through an internship at SABIC.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and was recognized on the Dean’s Honor List, reflecting his strong academic foundation and dedication to excellence.
