With over 𝟭𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of diverse experience, Ahmed AlDulaijan has built a strong professional journey across leading organizations including Sadara Chemical Company, SABIC, University of Sharjah, and Saudi aramco. At Sadara Chemical Company, he has progressed through key roles from Planning Analyst to Planning & Performance Analyst, then Planning & Performance Specialist, and now Manager, demonstrating consistent growth and leadership. His expertise spans budgeting, governance, performance analysis, and strategic planning, where he has led the development of operating plans, delivered executive-level reporting, and supported board-level decision-making. Prior to Sadara, he spent nearly six years at SABIC, advancing from Housing Services roles to Senior Analyst in Planning & Control, where he contributed to KPI monitoring, strategy execution, and audit coordination. His early career also includes research support at the University of Sharjah and an internship at Saudi Aramco.
