Abdulrahman K. Alangari Appointed as Coop Trainee at CMS

Abdulrahman K. Alangari has been appointed as a Co-op Trainee at CMS, marking a significant step in his legal career journey as a senior law student at King Saud University (graduating with honors).

With strong exposure across corporate law, litigation, construction, labor law, and commercial advisory, he has developed hands-on experience through multiple legal environments, including law firms and in-house legal roles. His background reflects a strong foundation in legal drafting, case analysis, regulatory compliance, and corporate structuring.

He has previously contributed to legal advisory work involving corporate structuring, foreign investment licensing, contract drafting, and litigation support, along with practical experience in real estate legal operations and government relations procedures.

Alongside his academic excellence, he has also enhanced his financial and legal understanding through the CME-1 Capital Markets certification, strengthening his perspective on financial regulations and market frameworks.

In his new role at CMS, he is set to further develop his expertise in corporate and commercial legal practice while contributing to high-value, complex legal matters in a global law environment.
