With over 7 years of strategic HR experience in government and private sectors, he has led initiatives in human capital excellence, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and HR transformation. Prior to this, Abdulrahman held pivotal roles including Executive Director of Human Capital Excellence and General Manager of Human Capital CoE, driving workforce strategy, talent optimization, and organizational growth.
