Abdulrahman AlNajran Appointed as Director HR Operations at NADEC Foods

Abdulrahman AlNajran has embarked on a new leadership chapter as Director HR Operations at NADEC Foods, bringing with him extensive expertise in human resources strategy, nationalization initiatives, and organizational operations across both government and private sectors.

With a distinguished background in HR leadership and workforce transformation, AlNajran has consistently contributed to enhancing operational excellence, employee engagement, and talent development within major organizations across Saudi Arabia. In his new role at NADEC Foods, he is expected to further strengthen HR operations, align workforce strategies with business goals, and support the organization’s continued growth journey.

Prior to joining NADEC Foods, he served as Nationalization & HR Operations Director at KPMG Saudi Arabia, where he led strategic HR initiatives focused on talent localization, employee relations, and operational efficiency. He also currently serves as an NRC Member for a confidential government entity, contributing to policy-making and governance initiatives.

Earlier in his career, AlNajran held leadership roles including Human Capital Director at the Vision Realization Office, Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services, and Director of Employee Experience at SITE سايت, where he played a key role in advancing employee engagement and organizational development programs.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Faisal University along with a Diploma in Human Resources from King Saud University (KSU), reflecting his strong academic foundation in business and people management.
